1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
Commitment Deposit: A reservation is considered valid and confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total tour package cost. Payment must be settled no later than 2 (two) days after the official invoice is issued.
Balance Payment Deadline: The remaining 50% balance must be fully paid at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 30 Days): For any reservations made within 30 days of the departure date, the customer is required to make a 100% full payment upfront.
Automatic Forfeiture: Failure to remit the deposit or balance payment within the specified timeframes will result in the automatic cancellation of your slot. The company reserves the right to reallocate the availability to other applicants without prior notice.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation by the participant must be submitted in writing via official email or WhatsApp. Refund allocations are strictly enforced based on the following timeline:
Cancellation $\ge$ 30 days prior to departure: The participant is entitled to a 40% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation 0 – 15 days prior to departure: Absolutely No Refund (100% forfeiture) will be issued, regardless of the participant’s personal or operational reasons for cancellation.
3. RESCHEDULE POLICY
Reschedule Requests: Changing travel dates is only permissible for Shared Trips (Open Trips) and must be requested at least 35 days prior to the original departure date.
Any reschedule requests made less than 65 days before departure will be treated as a unilateral cancellation and will follow the strict regulations outlined in Section 2 (Cancellation Policy).
4. EMERGENCY AND FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of an emergency, Force Majeure, civil unrest, severe weather conditions, government restrictions/land closures, or technical vessel constraints that render sailing unsafe, the Travel Company reserves the right to enforce the following operational measures for public safety:
Option 1: Reschedule the trip to an alternative available date.
Option 2: Issue a maximum 70% refund of the total amount paid. The remaining 30% will be retained by the company to cover non-refundable administrative, logistical, and local vendor pre-trip expenses.
